325i bhp to 330i bhp possible?

Has anyone managed to remap/ tune the 3.0 325i to match the figures of the 3.0 330i?
I've been reading online and have found that a few people have managed to do this my changing the inlet manifold and the exhaust on the 325i.

There's a bit more to it than that. Different Comp ratio iirc, probably different camshafts aswell as the inlet/ECU.

I thought there might be more to it than just what I found online.
BTW is your 325i a LCI or pre-LCI

Looking for similar info, it seems the consensus is if you want to more speed, you'll need a different car. 325i tuning seems to be in the too hard basket.

A remap can possibly give 15-20bhp not sure if it would be noticeable!

Remaps on N/A cars is pointless imo unless there is a restriction to start with, i.e. the std management isn't opening the throtle fully or something like that,

I think Reardy has hit the nail on the head.

335i....and if we get bored they can be remapped, upp the boost and that'll keep us happy for a while
