I've gotten all my service done at BMW of sterling, I like em...

And salesmen make a huge difference in the entire experience of buying a car, along with sales and finance managers. Saying you're a friend of a friend instantly puts you in way better of a bargaining position then some jackanape that walks in looking to get the best possible deal in the world from a total stranger.

Is simple logic...

Could u list who the good guys are there? I have had trouble with them as well for sales and service. It would be good to know if there was somebody decent there, though I wouldn't expect them to stay very long.

I went to Sterling a few months ago. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership.

The sales manager I had the misfortune to deal with was a pathetic excuse for someone working in a service industry. He walked away when I offered a lower price like a child. They obviously weren't interested in dealing.

I will never return to that dealership.

Yea unfortunately the one person left cause the manager treated her badly. I still have my one guy at mini. Yea the majority of peeps that sell cars there suck. I won't disagree with a lot of the comments about how bad they are.

Pat is a good guy. Whatever your experiences, don't shoot the messenger who is just trying to help.

Personally, I have always had a good experience at Sterling.
