245/45/18 snow's on 8" rims?

I am looking to buy some snow tires. I found 245/45/18 Blizzaks and wanted to know if they will fit the stock style 189 rims. The rims are 8" up front and 8.5" in the rear. I think the rears will be ok but was not sure if there will be any issues up front with rubbing or improper fitment on the rim. I am running stock sport suspension.

They will fit on the wheels themselves. Range is a 7.5" - 9" wheel.

Tires will fit those wheels, but the tires are too big for the e9x.

Correct!

Stick with 225/40R18 or 235/40R18.
