Retrofit new M performance F30 steering wheel ??

Quick question, I know it wouldn't be plug and play, but do you think it would be possible to retrofit the new electronic M sport steering wheel, with the led indicator and display, to a 2010 335i and still have all the buttons work too? I like the look of it, but don't want to lose the functionality of changing stations/volume, answering calls, etc.

Anyone tried this yet, or even think I is possible?

I have the m-sport steering wheel now. I am religious about cleaning it and conditioning it. I HATE steering wheels that are shinny from hand oils. I know alcantara will be even worse to keep clean, but I am going to make the change to the performance wheel. Was just curious if anyone had seen it done before.

Here is a link to the new wheel:

I think if you are able to tap the wiring harness I can't see why it wouldn't work. assuming the same signals are being thrown at the main box. I think it would be a challenge and going back would be a bitch.
