For Sale/Feeler: 6 Speed Manual Space Grey Metallic over Black Interior - 2009 BMW 335i Coupe (E92) with M-Sport, Still under factory warranty. Car has Cold Weather, M-Sport, Heated Seats, Width Adjustable seats, HI-FI Stereo, and of course the standard 6 Speed Manual. Currently has 39,500 miles on it. Car will be sold with Standard M-Sport wheels. Car is located in Delaware, I want to see what the market is out there for this since I want to buy a 2011+ LCI with an auto (I need a more comfortable DD). I bought this car with 11,800 miles and it’s been mostly highway miles; I’ve had it for less than a year.

Price:
Asking $27,990 (Title in Hand). Cash/Certified funds for title.

KBB Retail is $32,500, and private party is $30,500.... There is not one MSport with less then 45k within 500 miles for less then $33,000 on autotrader. (Information from 2 months ago)

Perfect Except for:
2 small dings in the hood (maybe 1/4” diameter) on the front end only noticeable within a few feet. The first one looks like someone backed into the hood with a larger vehicle, and the second is a barely noticeable dent in the center of the hood. Looks like the hood should be replaced or repaired. See pictures of damage, so there are no surprises

Interior:
9.9/10
Perfect/Clean/Smells and Looks like a new car Except for: Few Scratches near the seat bottoms where shoes go in and out will be detailed out. NON Smoker

Warranty:
BMW Factory Bumper to Bumper until August 2013 or 50,000 miles; includes maintenance and roadside assistance.

Anything on the front is illegal but I've had 25% on my car for 3 years and just recently got stopped for the first time.

Nice ride. I'm very interested though there's one caveat. Do you know if it is compliant with California state emissions? Or if all BMWs these days are complaint for that matter? Thanks.

Yes this should pass CA state inspection, this car is stock. All US cars must meet 50 state inspection. If it does not BMW will have to make the car work as it's still under warranty. Its covered under the 48 month or 50k warranty until August 2013.

Are you sure? I thought front driver and passenger was legal up to 35%. No big deal, it can come off for free, and be reinstalled for $60 at my local shop in Northern Delaware. Come pick this up!
