Google "12051 hex" and you'll probably find your answer. I'm on a mobile so it's tedious for me to do so. Good luck.

10940 = 2ABC

2ABC:
2ABC Charging pressure sensor, electrical
Error will cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed
EXPLANATION: ECU lost connection with tune. Unplugging map sensor or tune with ECU awake will cause this
FIX: Clear code. If it comes back, check tune related wiring.

That's what I found from doing a quick 5 second search. Lesson - always do a google search first on the codes you have after converting to hex.

I tried searching for that, but couldn't find anything.

Can you describe how the codes popped up? Give a brief description of the events leading up to the codes.

The 10940 and 12533 is caused by a disconnected map sensor (or temporary power loss to the Procede). At times, it can even be triggered during a firmware upgrade. Clearing codes and cycling the ignition off/on will clear that up.

I still haven't been able to find any info on the 12051 code. I've never seen that one before and it's not in my official BMW code list. Still looking though...

Sometimes it helps to look at what the codes before and after the code in question. BMW groups similar codes together. 2F12 is "air conditioning compressor, input signal". I haven't been able to find 2F14 though. 2F13 is a mystery code, but I'm willing to bet it is some type of signal loss code that won't pop back up.

Again, if you can give more details to the situation and how it happened and how your car responded after, it probably would help.

thx for help!

My car is on limp mode with half engine light now.
It's very hard engine start once it's off! Long crank...

those codes comes during last sunday drive with short distance pushing! I seems heard explosion sound from engine side like gear downshift suddenly, half engine light from that time.

I think I have video clip, will try post it later.

May be cyclider, injector...anyway no idea!

Send a message via AIM to Jeller
So did you blow the charge pipe off? I had a friend do that once, pipe blew off and when it did it smashed the map sensor that is located on the pipe.
