Questions on Rear Strut bar!

Ive been looking through for the rear strut bar opinions...

Is there a dramatic difference? I want reduce the flex rate in the rear.

i had an ac schnitzer rear brace on my 2007 e92. i think it made a noticeable difference. good thing was that it could be removed for loads in the boot (trunk) im sure they are still available althiugh quite expensive in uk 300
