just got this 12" hertz sub with jl audio amp installed,amazing bass and very happy with the result..i should have done this long time ago.

Am I the only one who feels even the base audio system has enough bass? I don't see how a giant subwoofer throw into your trunk helps the overall sound quality.

stock systems do not come close to satisfying bassheads needs especially if you're into edm.

oh and I have the base system, and its shit.

base system is terrible but logic7 is great and plenty when you tune it in properly. people dont need to hear you coming... you are not in hs with a civic.

I hear what you're saying.

But its just 1 12in sub (at least in op's case). That's hardly going to wake up the neighborhood, especially considering how well the trunk is sealed.

And also out here in CA, we like attention

As much as I love EDM, not sure if I'm willing to put a sub in the trunk. Logic 7 sounds great when tuned.
