E90/E91s use 7507 bulbs for the front and 1156 bulbs for the rear. You do need the load equalizers for both front and rear.

Not to mention that this is illegal. You can get a ticket for that. Directional signals, according to DOT, have to be either amber or red.

Despite installing the LEDs and resistors correctly, I'm getting a fault error. Don't like the error showing up every time, so I'm done with LEDs for all exterior lights.

I take that back, the License Plate LEDs from one of the guys here is fine.

I want to switch out the orange corner (amber) bulb..to white bulb for an E90
Is this DIV for E92 only or for all E9X?
If so, do I just follow Step/picture 1 to 3 ?

And where can I buy the bulb? Does Jlewis have them?

Its the same to replace the bulb..I dont know if the wire harness is the same though but if you dont want to have to use resistors you can use the Eagle Eye Tower from http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm

Get the 1156 type and then trim off one of the nubs. I use these on my E90 with no resistors and no errors. More expensive than Jlevi but no resistor hassle either.

do you have to add a resistor. cant you just buy the bulbs and go plug and play for the front signal turn lights as well as the sides?

So I got the knob off, but no light bulb! The light bulb is stuck in there. Any ideas on how to get it out without electrocuting myself?

you could just turn off the cold checks in the frm module w/ impa ncs expert so it doesn't flash like a cop car and removes the dash bulb out light too.

Dude, it's 12 Volts of DC current, you won't get electrocuted. Just get some needle nose pliers and twist the bulb holder out.
