How many?

A friend asked me why i hadnt got a new car yet (been looking for months!) and i told him that i was quite particualr in what i wanted and there wasnt many around to choose from..... (335d Touring, Space Grey)
which got me thinking, how do you find out how many of a particual model car where made?

Just curious, it obviously has no bearing on the cars that hit the classifieds.

I've seen the following being used quite a lot for numbers of cars. However, I've no idea how up to date it is. Also, they don't give you colours.

Nothing. All 335d models are automatic as the manual gearbox can't handle the torque.
