If you don't mind a drive, Anthony is the best in South Florida. Look up the fender rolling king of miami on Facebook.

I asked around quite a few places back a couple years ago and didn't find anyone that did it. I concluded that a drive to Miami or rent/buy the tool to do it myself was the best bet.
I eventually ditched my springs and went with an adjustable setup. |

To rent just search online. There are a bunch of sites that rent them. No one locally that I know of. Cost seems to be roughly $50 to rent + shipping and a security deposit. There are even people on Ebay that rent them.
Eastwood seems to make the most common roller used. Check out their site for descriptions and "how to". They're about $200-250 to buy if you can find people to go in on it with you. |
