Up for lease assumption is my 2011 Black on Black 328i e90 sedan, it is a great car but my wife wants an SUV.

This will be about as cheap as you can find a BMW lease with nothing down $329 per month, obviously all maintenance covered under warranty.
16 months left on the lease, currently 14,000 miles on the car
Car is located in Salt Lake City, UT-easy drive or $500-600 shipping to the West Coast. I've just made the Dec. payment so nothing is due until Jan. 2nd!

We are a little over miles for the 1k per month allotted so I'm willing to pay a $500 incentive to take over this very cheap lease. I'd like to get this done by months end.
