Actually, I would suggest 1/16" toe in for the front and 1/8" toe in for the rear. Also the rear camber is a little much. You will be fine with -1.5 to -2.0 at the most in the rear.

As you are going down the straights with toe in the forces against the car will toe the car out, essentially making about zero toe which will make the car faster in the straights, and then you will have Ackerman for the turns so you you will be fine there.

That may be true, but I've always had slight toe out on my track alignments for steering response. With toe in the car will feel like it fights you when you turn in.

I don't think this thing is going to have any trouble on the straights

Yes, you are correct, but the rears aren't increased to match to keep the balance somewhat close. You may experience some lost of mechanical grip up front with such high front rates. Try it and report back with your results.

OP, just curious if you've upgraded your subframe and/or diff bushings yet? You were planning to switch them to delrin?

Suspension worked great at the track... car was exceptionally composed, behaved itself and nothing was too out of sorts. The open diff meant that I didn't get much drive out of corners and didn't have problems with oversteer (although if I pinched off exits I could provoke the tail out readily, or got zealous with the trail braking).

I definitely need a diff and am leaning towards the OS Giken, with powerflex diff and subframe bushings.

So which swaybars should I go for? I'm leaning towards UUC since they are adjustable, and I'll want to be able to tune them. Any thoughts?

I have the M3 front/rear sway bars. The front bar is great (could even go a few mm thicker) but the rear is unnecessary IMO. You'll be able to rotate the rear at will with the LSD on the track without needing the help of a sway bar to further reduce grip back there. RWD BMW race cars have a tiny rear sway for a reason.
Don't forget upgraded sway bar end links if your car is lower than stock. I think Ground Control makes some. I have the Powergrid ones.

OS Giken ... that's some $. Can't go wrong with a Quaife, IMO.

nice set up I think once you drive your car more, you would be able to fine tune the car to your driving style. One thing i noticed on my GC coilovers is that the little silver ring between the springs and mount rusted and broke. Its lifetime warranty so im not worried. Also i get a little squeak in the front on compression not sure if its the swaybar or dampers. But all in all its a great kit.

Hmm do you think GC camber plates are adequate for use in the winter with salt exposure?

we had a very mild winter last year. this year they predicted a bad winter so i guess i will see how they stand up and report back. but they're good to go so far. The good thing is their customer service has been top notch and they replace parts with no drama.

Do you still rate these coilovers as high as you did when you first put them on? Are you happy with the front spring rate? Have you found a good setting for the street that still keeps the car glued to the road? And one more thing, do these coils eliminate that boat like floaty feeling that you get when say you hit a dip on the highway at speed and car kind of bobs up and down a couple times? I'm trying to decide between these and the BMW performance suspension....

Yea, I like them a lot so far. No issues.

I don't really have enough data to say whether the front spring rate is optimal; I will say it is not too stiff. The car is actually quite compliant.

I have the shocks set about in the middle of the range, with the rears slightly softer than the fronts.

I can tell you that there is NO boaty-feeling anywhere about this car. It goes where it is supposed to, instantly.

There's really no comparison between this and BMW performance suspension... it's like comparing a stock 320d against an M3. This is serious motorsport stuff, that is barely more control than stock.
