Car is in near flawless condition with 13K miles and warranty/maintenance good through 09/2014. One adult owner. Has the following packages/options:

M-sport
Premium
Steptronic
Heated seats
Ipod/USB adpter
Navigation
HK Logic 7 sound

Car is completely stock except for the following items:

BMW Performance Kit (320HP/338TQ) installed by Morristown BMW $800
Aluminum Trim installed by Morristown BMW $700
KW V1 coilovers installed by Autocouture $2000

In 13,000 miles the oil has been changed 3 times, brake fluid once. (Documented)

When I bought the car I needed 4 doors and AT; I no longer do so I am going to try something different. Price lowered to $37,900 on 2/13.

I should add that I've driven the F30 and, IMHO this car is truly much better in every way. (For anyone cross shopping new....)

Yep, I only have it listed here because I've been traveling a bit and didn't want to be hasseled by brokers and such - so if it sells in the near term, it's going to sell right off of this forum.

Completely swapped for new oem aluminum.
