Anyone here paint bumper lip?

I have a front bumper lip (the m tech one) that I need painted jet black. Shops around here were asking too much. Since its just the lip I'm not SUPED worried about quality. Anyone think they can paint my lip for me at decent quality for a discounted low price?

Reputable shop shouldn't charge more than $260 to paint a front lip including the proper prep/flex additive/Sikkens paint & enough coats of base/clear to prevent EZ chipping

I went to this guy, he was good - paint matched and he charged much less for painting both a front Aero lip and a rear M3 rep spoiler.
The guys name is Jeff. He is knowledgeable and will do a good job.
