OEM Exhaust Manifold Cast?? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hi Guys,

I bought stock manifolds to make cat less. Just wondering if the collector section is cast or steel? I can't tell from looking in due to the carbon build up. I put my finger in and felt what seemed to be a casting mark but wasn't sure.

They are the standard north american ones. Are you referring to the euro version as the different kind? I will post a pic tomorrow.
