You've not killed one?

Maybe see if you can jump in with the group buy to get a single wheel added?

What's happened, can you not get a refurb?

If their attitude had been better then they GB may have got more interest.

Nope, it was bent and later cracked. Asked lapson about repair and response was 'beyond repair'.
If they say 'No' then I do not want to take it to anybody else.

I make you right saying what you mentioned. I found customer services brilliant at this stage but cannot comment how it was couple of months ago.

Oh what a bummer. Hope you get it sorted.
At least is wasnt an oem 230 or something - they cost massive money.
Always worries me now I have them back on the car here.

Good luck, I'm sure the supplier will want to show willing now so Im sure you'll find a replacement.

Bit of a thread resurrection here but I'm in a similar boat - cracked CS7 front (one of the spokes cracked all the way through), not safe to repair

OP - did you manage to sort a replacement in the end? Has anyone else had any problems with their sets (obvious original Group Buy issues aside)?
