Input needed for music playing/AUX port

hi guys,
i ve had a bit of a look online and im more confused now then before lol.

anyways when i had my E92 M3 in my armrest console i had both AUX and USB ports. that was great.

just picked up wife's 323i (2011) and it only had AUX port.

what are my options for playing music lets say off the phone/ipod and or USB.

is there any cable/module that can be used so i can still use Idrive knob to scroll through music etc on the screen or not?

cheers

Yep either BMW or ebay etc I guess. Price is about $1k+ installed by a dealer from what I have read by UK/US members.. there is a cheaper ipod-only kit though - but it takes a while for the songs to load up every time...

hmmm nah, its the wifes car but wouldnt mind a bit more poke. seems bit sluggish off the mark (unless in manual mode). not sure if any tunes are worth it or if any air filters will give a bit of induction noise
