Angel eye question for Depo headlights - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hi guys, I have tried using the search tool to get my answers but couldn't really find what I was looking for.

Basically I have just bought a set of depo headlights with the built in angel eyes. I want to change the 4 bulbs in each halo ring to LED to give it a newer look.

My questions are:

What size are the bulbs in the Halo's, I have searched and they look very similer to a T5 LED bulb, can anybody give me a definitive answer to this?

Also with these bulbs changed to LED am I'm likely to see any dash errors?

Finally is there a better way of getting the the LED look halos while still using the new depo lights I have just bought.

For info I have found that you need the 12v T5 286 LED bulbs to replace the 4 halogen bulbs in Halo's with the Depo headlights.
