Hi guys
I have a snow flake light within a triangle every time I start my car. I couldn't find it in the manual. It's a 07 328i

It just tells you that it mad cold outside.

Any time the temp is below 37* F, the snowflake illuminated and the car beeps.

It's a great little feature, it came on for me for the first time just the other day.

I wonder if i can turn this off via coding. I live in buffalo i know its cold all the time. everytime i hear it i think something broke...

It means it's cold out and to be careful. I agree with e60holic, everytime that chime went off my heart skipped a beat wondering what was wrong now.

Actually BMW equipped the E9x generation cars with Geiger counters and it means the car is detecting radio-active snow
