A4 steering is considerably lighter than an E90. I am pretty sure there is nothing wrong with your steering wheel.

E90 does not have one specific steering feel. It has at least two different "steering feels": 1) E90 with Active Steering and 2) E90 without Active Steering. These two feel very differently. So, if you are comparing E90 to A4, first you have to figure out what kind of E90 your are talking about.

Any one switches from japanese cars to E90, might want to hear your opinions about both cars.
I was in love with my Nissan Altima SE-R and thought it was going to be with me through out life. When I found my 335i, I quickly noticed how right it felt to be behind the wheels of a RWD vehicle. The SE-R was what they called "track ready" with upgraded suspension, brakes, aerodynamics, sport seats, forged wheels, and few extra ponies.
To cut a long story short, I got married. I had 3 cars (Chrysler 300, the Altima, and the 335i) and decided to sell one to have a coupe and sedan. My Chrysler 300 was the first to go last year. After just driving my Nissan and BMW, the Nissan started to feel... well, cheap. So, we picked up a 530i in February and just sold my Nissan three months ago. I've started with American, moved to Japanese, and now staying with the Germans. Anything from now on will have the BMW roundel on it's hood.

I came from an Acura Integra GSR to 6MT 328i SP. the steering is amazingly weighed as most have mentioned.

However the F30 was weighed almost the same as the GSR which is disappointing.

So for me I could see myself leaving for Japanese if BMW continues its softened ways to reach out to the main main mainstream.

Years ago...I went from a Camry to a 325 coupe. Loved it, then I bought an Acura TL, FWD boring, then I bought a TSX to save gas, FWD boring. I went back to BMW with a 328xi and never looked back. The fun factor and steering response is enormous compared to Acura/Honda and I feel like I wasted four yrs of driving. I have since purchased a 135 and now a 335.

once you go euro you don't go back! jk

i've owned a handful of euro cars and only 1 japanese car (2010 corolla) but i drive my gf's accord a lot, i will admit honda makes a good car, her accord is a 2000 i believe and that thing looks like ass but i actually really like driving it, decent amount of power (her's is the 4 cylinder one) and isn't really all that bad! with that said that for me personally if i could only have one car it's gotta be euro

I feel like the civic's steering is lighter and the bmw's steering is heavier but smoother. I'm not sure if that makes sense. haha.
