Alpine White & Coral Red or Black & Saddle Brown?

Alright tomorrow im going to potentially purchase a 335i coupe. The dealer has 2 coupes. One is alpine white and coral red and the other is black with saddled brown. Both of the cars have the same options, and are within 2k mikes of each other so my deciding factor is mainly going to be which color. I know color is a personal preference but I just wanted some advice from people who own or have seen these colors. My first question is how does coral red hold up over time?, I've seen some pics on here and some people with coral red seem to have this oily look going on, like the wiped there seat with armor all and it looks absolutely disgusting. And how does AW and CR red mesh together. Now onto black and saddle brown, all the pics I've seen of saddle brown leads me to thinks that it holds up very well and I really love the contrast of black and saddle brown. But I'm just worried about the upkeep of the black paint. I think I should also tell you guys about the mods I'm planning to do because I want to know which one would looks better.

My planned mods are full msport, gloss black kidneys, OSS AE blackout, lci tails, 20" vossenl cv3 black and silver, and im planning on lowering the car.

Based on the mods I have ordered what color do you guys think will enhance the look of the mods?

I know exactly what you're talking about. It looks terrible. I've been using griots garage interior leather cleaner and it looks the same as it did the day I picked it up.

I would go black and saddle brown, but with the mods you have planned I think it would look better on white because it'll contrast more.

Go for AW/CR unless you prefer to blend in with all the other black/brown cars on the road. IMHO a 335i Coupe oughta stand out.

The CR on my 2010 CPO looks great, it's held up for three years so far before I got the car.

Any shine is dependent on whatever someone's used on it. I'm using einszett leather care and am happy with the results.

Black is IMPOSSIBLE to keep in good shape . Brown? really? Red is awesome(I have it) . It will wear exactly the same as brown. I use cleaner and conditioner regularly and it looks great.

To me that not even a question. AW/CR all day. Though black looks amazing clean, I'm much more in favor or AW, obviously because I bought one, ha.

Someone also mentioned but with the mods you have planned i think it would look better as well. Also when you plan to sell I'd say AW/CR would be a more desirable combo. Best of luck.

AW/CR. Awesome looking combo.

White, in addition to be an easier color to keep looking good, also seems to show off the lines of the car more (IMO).

I love coral red but personally not a huge fan of white cars. I have saddle in my car and it's beautiful!

AW/Red, the red gets a lot of attention and looks awesome. White is classy and easier to keep clean than black, for sure.

AW/CR for sure. The most popular combo for a reason. White on red is fresh as hell.

I want an M3 with that combo in the future (a very distant future unfortunately... lol)

Go buy the AW/CR before someone else does. This is the best combo by far.

Both are great combos. The AW/CR is going to stand out more, while B/SB is more elegant. I have Saddle Brown in my car and I get complements on it daily. Both are great choices. From the look of the mods you want to do, I think black will look better. One of the members on here from Charleston Has the exact car with those mods on it and looks beautiful. Its a show stopper. I cant remember his account name. I love my saddle brown and it has held up well for me, but leather will hold up good if taken care of unless its cheap crap.

Both are really tits combos. Many people (outside of these forums) feel the coral red is a bit too shouty. Folks in these parts often believe that saddle brown is hideous. I disagree with both!

Probably, for the mods you plan, the AW car is gonna provide a better canvas. Things tend to vanish on black. But I don't think you can go wrong either way... good luck and return with pics ASAP!
