Can't adjust rear coilover height on my STs?

I'm having issues adjust the rear coilover height on my STs.. The perch basically keeps spinning. Please help with suggestions It's so annoying.

Any remedies for this? I might try and do what this person suggested. Basically you get a rubber grommet and plastic washer. I have no idea where I'd get that plastic washer though...

I had the same issue. Found out theyre not designed to adjust once installed. You can either take the rear apart again or some people suggested using a clamp (BE CAREFUL) to hold the perch in place.

If your careful, you could drill a hole in the side of the pertch, where its got abit of meat on it, then isert a punch into the hole then use your spanner to turn the adjustable ring...

Hole needs to be the same size as your punch though, and atleast 8-10mm deep id guess

Yeah I purchased a 3" clamp but it doesn't seem to be wide enough. a 4" clamp is too big as well. I think it's just a dumb design on their part. The KWs have a spot on the bottom where you can insert an allen key.

a clamp? like any old clamp at home depot? or do they have a special clamp? I was always under the impression they had to be removed once installed, if I can adjust while on the car well that would just make my day!

Yeah like a regular clamp of you search adjusting kw coilovers or something like that you'll get a thread or two about it. I'm not on a computer now or else I would look it up. If you don't find it in a few minutes I'll look it up
EDIT: I found it here is the link http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=239019
