Hi All,

I'd like to get some advise on suspension that will lower my car. I like how the OEM suspension is soft(ish). I don't want a hard ride! I use to own a 07 335i Coupe and that was HARD.

I'd like to know that I can go over speed bumps or pot holes without being slammed. I also don't want to have something so stupidly low. I've had a look at BMW's performance suspensions and that height seems to be about right. I'm not even sure how much it would cost to get that one done in comparison to third party.

Thanks in advance!

I had my performance suspension installed at the dealership. Parts and labor came out to $2.5k, iirc.

The original suspension was base, not sport, and the difference from the PS is significant. Have to be a bit careful on rough pavement, but cornering is a dream now and daily driving is perfectly fine.
