I have an e93 with sport package. It seems as if the gas pedal is much stiffer than any other E9x i've driven, though to be honest, any other car has been a saloon without sport.

Is this common or is there a fix to make the pedal a little less stiff. It's seems hard to get on the gas smoothly from a stop with the pedal so stiff.

my 2011 E90 too but not with the gas pedal, but with the brake pedal.

Whenever i engage on the brake, it gives some sort of "rubbing" sound on the pedal spring itself.

Brought it to dealer and they said its normal...
