headlight issue, please help :-/

Hey guys,

This has been buggin me for the past 8 months or so lol, when I got my catless dp installed I noticed that my passenger headlight shakes while deiving, not the headlight itself but the light inside, maybe peojectoe idk. But also noticed the line was no longer the same eirhee whwn parked and facinf a wall, its not supposed to be straighr, onw should be slightly higher, but rhe cutoff is completrly off.

Any ideas why and how to fix the shaking?

sounds like some thing came loose in the headlight. You might have to look inside the headlight to see if one of the adaptive motors came loose or disconnected. The adaptive motors hold the insides in place and control their up/down left/right movement. If something popped loose then it will shake around and not be aimed correctly

Hey thank you for the suggestion, I will check that later on tonight, BUT if that was the case and if they were loose or came off the motor, wouldnt they NOT move down and back to their normal position after I start the car? They do go down and back up to normal position...

i hit a pot hole once and a small bracket which aligns the bulb broke. No way to access it without opening the headlight and car's out of warranty. Hopefully you don't have the same problem. The light always is aiming down and when i turn on the car and it tries to align it goes in stupid directions.
