When you bled the brakes, did you exercise the ABS pump? I'm wondering whether you may have allowed air to get into the pump plumbing inadvertently and the air pocket now found its way out to the reservoir.

The anti-lock brake system uses a pump which is in the brake fluid circuit. Normal bleeding procedures (pedal up/down) may not fully get everything out. I'm not sure about air getting in but it's possible.
