troubleshooting mac ethernet connection
a few days ago it stopped working. the router's led is on, but os x says that the cable isn't plugged in. i've resorted to using wifi, which is fine but i'm still bugged about it. the machine's 5+ yrs old, for about a year it was always on (torrenting).
ideas? edit: after some google searches i found a solution: power everything off (including all wifi devices) and restart. feeling better now ![]() Last edited by R Grubba Balls; 01-28-2013 at 02:27 PM. |
