Jb+ on 2007 e92 help b4 I take I for warranty work
Hi, I'm new to the BMW tuning world and this forum but I was wondering if anyone knew if I had a warranty issue during my extended warranty period...do I need to have a CAN tool or BT tool to clear tuning codes or something?
I've been reading on the burger tuning website that the CAN tool is only avail for 2008+ ...does this mean I don't need to clear codes? If I have to get a BT tool where and how much is it and is it easy to use to just clear codes before I take it in for warranty work ...also I have it set at 75% ...should I or do I have to do the by pass thing? Sorry for being such a newbie Thanks in advance. |

The JB+ is nice, but the other tunes, JB4 and Cobb are much better.
I have also heard from this forum that the JB+ isn't the safest way to tune, but I have no evidence. |

Don't need bypass, do need scan tool just in case. Easy to use too. Buy from Burger or directly from people who make it. |
