Cheapest aftermarket brake-kit?

Complete with discs, calipers and pads, complete kit front and rear.

For normal road use, not track. They need to look good.

What's to choose, prices?

That doesn't include new calipers.

But seriously, if you're looking for something with aftermarket calipers, like a big brake kit, expect to spend $5,000 to $8,000 for a complete front and rear setup. These are overkill for "normal road use though". For "normal road use", you just need good pads and fluid, the stock calipers are fine.

Unfortunately nothing will be considered cheap for our cars especially if you're looking to get replacement calipers.

I have a problem with using cheap and brakes in the same sentence. Definitely not a place I want to economize.

Looked at it, as you say 5-6000USD is minimum. Think we'll just have to skip this replacement.

The BMW performance brake kit is fairly inexpensive. You can get the front kit for about $1300. Includes rotors, calipers and necessary hardware. They also look pretty good. Part number: 341104444738. Also check AP racing. You don't need to spend 3k to get good looking brakes on a E90.

For the rear brakes you can get the bmw performance 2 piston calipers but you just have to retain the stock rotors for the E90. The performance rotors only fit the E92 I think due to different parking brake design. Each caliper costs about 400 each. There you go, all around brake upgrade for less than $2500.

I believe K-Sport would be one of the least expensive BBK.

Yeah, there's a Ksport kit available for about $1700 (front only).

Ive ran ksport 8 pot front and 6 pot rears on my mr2 and for the money they kick ass. I never had a problem with them or even squealing. IIRC i put over 40k on them dd.
