Try placing something under the pedal to prevent kick down and try a 2nd gear launch, it supposedly helps with traction on FBO rear-drive cars that don't have drag radials.

I tried launching in 2nd without something preventing kick down, but its very hard not to hit that point in the heat of battle, lol.

go to walmart where the garden hoses are.. youll find a little plastic bag with orange and black rubber gasket/gromits.

take one round black one and glue it to 2 or 3 flat orange ones. Cut them and slip them around the stem under your gas pedal. glue the entire piece down to the base. Game over no more kick down.. if you dont like it, just take it off. Log a pull to ensure you have 100% pedal and throttle. Use the minimum you need.

good call on the 100octane, i got confirmation that my LPFP is on it's way out too. I ran E50mix race day, somehow managed to still trap 112mph (111.8mph)

That 2.24 60' is brutal. Switching to smaller, stickier tires always helps especially if you are having issues launching. AT or MT? Are you bringing your tires and engine to temp before your runs? I think with some practice alone you can get down to 12.3-12.4 consistently because your 60' will improve every time as you learn how to get the car to squat down

AT launching from about 2500 RPM's. I will get better.

Yeah man, those are definitely not bad results for your first time out. I think its trickier to launch those autos then it is our MT cars because too much of it is defined to the tranny. With the MT a lot of it is on the driver. Good luck!
