Factory exhaust question...

I have an 08 e92 335i and I have down pipes with the factory rear exhaust section, well the nls/ 2step ruined my primary cats which wasn't a issue. So now it has ruined my rear cats and they rattle pretty horribly,I would like to delete them but I'm worried that it will sound like crap.

Just curious if anyone has attempted this or has any sound clips?

Thanks.

You could put a set of resonators in their place to keep it from becoming raspy. You could go for a small straight though bottle style which will clean up the sound, but the car will become louder, or you could use a larger resonator to muffle the sound a bit as well.

Just have them cut out & have aftermarket sport cats installed. Any muffler shop should be able to do this

That's kind of what I'm thinking. I just don't want to spend the money on it but it sounds like there is marble in my exhaust at all times and its driving me crazy!
