Was looking at these today as well.
Socket seems to like his. Not a full review, though.

The title of your post describes them as 200 watt, the title of the vendors post indicates 180 watt. Did you get a newer version than the V13s ?

In the link you posted, when you look at the screenshots for HY_Light user guide, screen "5 of 8" there is a warning that if the bluetooth is disconnected from the lights, the lights will turn off.
Maybe I'm tired and not reading the steps closely enough and the context. But it would obviously be a huge flaw if these lights only remained on when your bluetooth phone was in range.

i actually ended up finding a review and no you dont need the phone/app just set the light you want and it should remain as that light. even when you turn car on/off
