Professional Head Unit pinout

Hi guys,

Looking for a pinout for the professional head unit for my e87 and since the e90 head unit works on the e87 I assume the pinout on the back of the head unit is the same?

I need to find out which pin is always live (and which can be used for ground) while the car is unlocked (even if the key is out) so that I can connect the power cable of the Dension Gateway 500 to it. The car has no CDC prep so no cables I can tap into there.

Edit: found this: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=319976 is that correct?
or is pin 16 the 12v accessory one that should be used as per below?

You need to move this to the audio sub forum

You need to move this to the audio sub forum

http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=27

Also there may be some info in the DIY section if you search for the gateway 500

The above is a list of some of the subforums but not all.
You need to go to the root of e90post to get that.

Also if you could DIY your install it would help others.

there is a grounding point next to the fusebox in the passenger side footwell.
as for 12V supply which is constantly on, it may be better to use a multimeter to check which fuse is always on when engine is turned off and then use a fuse tap to hook up to this fuse.
