Not even close, Im currently on 19x9.5 et20 235/35 19x11 et25 265/30 and was barely rubbing without a roll with stock sport suspension

My old wheels were similar to yours but a bit more aggressive and had zero issues. You will be fine running that set-up

Like has been mentioned, you'll not even be close to rubbing. It's a very conservative setup.

I'm looking to run same setup on stock pre lci e90 x-drive. Any issues with stepping up to 245 /40 & 275 /35? Rear spacer required?

That's very aggressive, but stock suspension. So, you would probably rub if you were slammed.

I would definitely rub if I got it slammed haha, I used to rub a bit when I went over bigger dips but after i got the fenders rolled, nothing
