noobish question

this will be my first bmw, my mom has an 03 325, but anyways, im potentially gonna pick up an 06 325i, it has the xenons...do the angel eyes come automatically? and will they come with the clear side markers and clear headlight corners. im only asking cause im seeing these cars with clear sides/amber sides/angel eyes/no angel eyes/. are these options? please explain .thanks in advance...basically i want the angel eyes and all clear sides and headlight corners.

ps where can i order a set of blackline tails...sorry im such a noob, but im doing careful planning so i can get the car the way i want it quicker.im doing all the homework b4 i actually take delivery of the car

06 325i will have an option for xenon. the angels eye comes with it. since you are in hawaii, you will have the amber corner. side makers are clear, but have an amber bulb. you can easily change that out. blackline tail lights are nationwide backorder, i heard only. i got mine early so i had no problem getting them. good luck...

Im not 100% sure but no body has found a way to clear the corner... soo yea i think you have to buy the whole european headlight. if u plan on doing that for sure i think it makes more sense not to go for the angel eyes (save your money) and get the european spec angel eyes.

OH OK SO ITS TO MY UNDERSTANDING THAT NO ONE IN THE US HAS CLEAR HEADLIGHTS. id rather just live with the amber and have the xenon's.
maybe later they will come up with some way to clear out the headlights without sacrificing the hid's

Nope, nobody in North America has clear headlamps (unless they ordered a set from overseas). DOT standard requires the amber plastic in the corners. As for the future, anything is possible! As is mentioned, though, if you REALLY want clears, order your car with the standard lights and then buy xenons from Europe and have them installed. It's the most economical way to do it!

Drive safe.
