I have to second that. You can always tell a good vendor by the way they package their products. Not only did they send it out fast, but everything was packaged nice and properly. Picked up a few wheel caps and hood/trunk roundel replacements... not a huge order, but still appreciate the good service

I agree with all the above as well when it comes to SV Concepts. Mike got me hooked up with the AA tune for my 328xi. He answered all my questions/concerns about the product and the ordering process. Shipping was easy and quick. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with SV again!
