Hi mate,

I have had the same problem for about a year.

1) Check all fuses relating to the heater - they are located behind the panel in the glovebox;
2) Bleed coolant to ensure there are no air pockets and that the fluid is topped up;
2) Check the water lines that run along the right hand side of the engine (if standing in front of the vehicle looking into the engine bay) from the radiator into the vehicle cabin - ensure car is warned up, then check that both pipes are same temperature (this confirms that hot water is flowing into the Heater Matrix located deep inside the dashboard);

Here are some diagrams for you to help.
