Thats a good idea, But plastidip melts at a very low temperature. With your exhaust being there, it defintely started peeling because of the heat. Why don't you just paint it yourself or have a bodyshop paint it? Looks a lot better with the diffuser being black.

i agree that i think it looks better all black instead of body-colored too.

but i also agree that plastidip is ghetto looking when used on anything besides the front grilles and kidney grilles.

i like black as well, but maybe with real paint lol.

i'm curious, how's the airflow with the exhaust pipes done like that? do you get a lot less on the right side? (i read your exhaust thread)

i plastic dipped my 335is diffuser had it since day 2
looks good to me maybe u just didnt do it right more layers?

I dipped my diffuser for awhile...turns out really good actually. A much darker tone than the stock mtech when I compare it at the local BMW dealer

No, I didn't dip the tips, they were painted using high heat spray paint

Airflow is even on both sides. It's a dual tip muffler with two pipes, not a single tip split into two hence its even outflow
