LED reverse bulb, error free? Where to get?

I've seen these listed in some stores but can't seem to remember or find where they were offered for the life of me.

It simply replaces your reverse lamp with an LED one. Might as well match everything.

I don't think any are error free....you either need a resistor or code out the bulb check system.

I went with hyper white bulbs on my old E92, and it looked great. Error free too.

tried some from e92lighting.com. they were error free, but light output sucked ass. so i put back the stock bulbs. eventually they ended up as e39 park light bulbs on my friends car.

I bought the LED UHP Reverse Lights from F1Autohaus and again, they were error free (flickered of coursse upon startup & bulb check) but the output was for crap. The factory bulbs were brighter and I put them back in.

Strange too, because the interior kit I bought from Mike was great...

Again, Japan manufacturer BELLOF has released the following items;

Why don't you try either one?
I can buy and send them for you if you want.

BELLOF Reverse LED Bulb / MSRP=JPY 7K ea.
http://www.bellof.co.jp/products/led...verse_led.html

BELLOF Reverse Mirror (Stealth) Bulb / MSRP=JPY 3.5K ea.
http://www.bellof.co.jp/products/oth..._mirror_b.html

"LED Bulb" has 5 Power LED emitters on each bulb.
Much brighter than all previous LED products.
Has special circuit inside and exclusively designed for BMW.
Of course they are plug 'n play and error/flicker-free.

"Mirror Bulb" is not an ordinary incandescent OEM bulb, halogen-based.
Mirror coating provides stealth look and higher color temperature.

In my personal opinion, "Mirror Bulb" is much brighter than OEM because it's halogen.

I'm trying a new reverse LED from www.highperformancebulbs.com

Just got them shipped to me but I couldnt get the trunk liner out fully.

I will have to wait till tomorrow and wait for temperatures above 20 degrees! LOL

If anyone has some insight, I removed all the clips, but the liner still wont come off? is it a matter of using some muscle?

On the E90 sometimes that little green emergency handle is the thing that holds the liner up there, and you have to push it forward a little to get it pass the 2 indentions on each side where you pull on the trunk to close it...don't know if thats understandable..lol.

Yea I hear that, I was wondering if that was the thing holding me back. Makes sense.

I caught a glimpse of the rear housing of the reverse lights. Im a little worried looking at it if I should touch it.

It just doesnt look like your typical "parking light" bulb change.

Thanks for info.

I may try to install mine from HPB tomorrow. I will make an honest assessment if they are indeed brighter. Cause if they are I will gladly use them as its hard to back up at night with tinted windows.

If they are weaker in any shape or form, i'll go back to stock.
