Passenger Headrest Issue

I just got my e92 335i and I noticed that the passenger headrest wobbles like if its completely loose inside. It's not stiff like my driver one. Is there any way to fix this, or get a replacement headrest. I also did some searching and how can I tell If my car comes with an active headrest? Thanks guys,

is the loose part you describe noticed while driving? IE the drivers side vibrates far less than the pass side. If thats the case its normal if no one is in the other seat.

Yeah. It wobbles and doesn't stay in one position, what I mean by this is moving the headrest forward and back its commpletely loose. I just don't have any knowledge at all about these cars. I was in the jdm bandwagon for a long time.
