Winter Mode (E90 LCI 335xi) - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Threw on the winters a few weeks ago and took some pics. This weekend I also plastidipped them to gunmetal because I didn't love the black. Now i'm on the fence which I like more... Peel and go back to black or keep it gunmetal? Hopefully i'll be able to have some snow pics later this week if the storm happens.

Looks like I might be going back to black... Only thing I didn't like about black was it looked kinda "ghetto" in a way with the 17 inch wheels. I chose not to do runflats because they're so expensive... Those are blizzak LM-60's with a square 225/45/17 setup

I think I might be sticking with gunmetal... The pics make it look kind of weird and like it has a blueish tint but they look pretty good in person. They're also pretty dark so they're a nice replacement for black.

Hoping we get some snow tonight so I can take pics tomorrow

. If I have enough time I may even be able to get some buddies together and make a video in the snow with an S4 and STi.

Hahaha I have a good amount of spray on rubber on my car though

. On a serious note I feel like its also a good way to protect the winter wheels from all the salt and sand that my town puts down when it snows.
