What Size Quad Tips for my Vanguard Exhaust

Just wondering what size tips I would need for my Vanguard Exhaust??

I know for the OEM exhaust you need tips with a 2.25" Inlet to work, but I think 2.5" works as well.

I tried to Measure the Vanguard and it seems to be 2.7" from outside pre-tip measurements so maybe its 2.5" on the inlet size? Doesn't look like the Cyba 2.25" tips will work, and not too sure if 2.5" magnaflows will work either it seems like the Vanguard piping is bigger maybe upto 2.75".

If anybody can figure this out for me or help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

2.75 to 3 seems to work perfectly and looks a lot more aggressive

It really is. You can read up all you want about how to please a woman, you can look at all the diagrams in the world, but just like the clitoris, you won't know what the hell an apex is before you actually find it.

I'm wanting to do this for my AE exhaust as well. You would need 2.75 -3" inlets, however, no company other than Mangaflow sells them. Dimisa mentioned to me that a shop can "swedge", or stretch, the inlet pipe to fit....not sure about that though.

I measured the outer Diameter of the exhaust with a digital caliper and it seems to be 2.7"

Now I'm going to assume the inner diameter is a bit smaller so it seems like 2.5" will work.... I know LTBMW has done a couple quad Vanguards maybe someone should ask them or maybe someone can chime in.

Didn't Creaminz use to run a Quad Vanguard setup back in the day?

Either way. I would think that a 2.5 inlet should work. Although the preferable method would be to have something that fits exactly.

Pretty sure he is still running that setup and pretty sure it was a custom job done by ltbmw.

2.5" inlet should be okay though I think.
