is your goal better sound? if so, then avoid all of your hassles and just get an exhaust.

I agree as it would alleviate the potential problem below.

Also, I would only cut out the secondaries if you don't care about putting the car back to stock to sell later. This could be a real hassle down the road if you have to find a stock exhaust locally (shipping is not an option).

Honestly, at the moment it really is. I'm pretty happy with how fast it is currently, it just needs more sound! I may look into the DPs this spring

Do the FMIC 1st and save for the VRSF DPs. I've heard of fewer fitment issues with the VRSF v Raceland. Of course, I highly recommend ARs if it is within your budget. GL.

I think you mean more dyno or glory day power... certainly not in real life where it is currently 40 degrees almost everywhere and you arent tracking the car.

It's always better to have DPs professionally installed, but if you've got mechanic experience, should be a breeze.

Yeah it does help. And it is only a couple of bolts and nuts.

Get the DP. BMW replaced my turbos pre DP and it was louder than ever... went ahead and got the DP anyway, When I installed the DP my waste Gate rattle was much louder, but I was lucky enough the shop who installed the DP was able to fix the rattle with a shaved down E clip so there would be more friction and little movement for rattle. I am blessed, I love the way my car sounds with no rattle
