You'll have trouble seeing at night.

I had limo on my previous car and did not have trouble seeing at night.
I think it looks too "gangster". I will probably do 35% on my e90.

I have limo tint on my rear windows and I can barely see anything at night, literally BARELY. And 15% in the front and I can't see too well unless there are street lamps.

I have it on everything but the windshield and wouldnt have it any other way. Its hard to see at night into left corners but the corner lamps or window down approach works well

Why do you want it?
IMHO mid level tint, especially if you can't park inside, makes sense. Beyond that it just seems like you're trying to hide something. Plus, significantly-darker-than-legal tint shouts "hey officer, find a reason to pull me over!" Why go looking for trouble? My 335i is untinted - just whatever's built into the glass itself. I've had 35% all-but-windshield before and it was fine, then in another vehicle it was just the rear seat and back windows. Both came that way. With my 335i I've not felt the need to do anything different from stock, though I might if I didn't have a garage at home and a parking deck at work. That said, limo tint would look stupid on an E93. |

I do and it's fine at night. I live in South Florida and it is too hot not to, in my opinion. My car sits outside while I'm at work, so the dark tint and the sun visor saves my interior. The only time it is difficult to see is when you're on a road with no street lights and you're making a turn. Just have to look carefully and you're golden.
