Looking for an ETA for Cobb AtR on the N55 in the E70 x5? Buying the wife a new ride and want to either get 35d or 35i if Cobb will be avail. I have some serious gains on the n54 with e85 and ATR and would be nice to give the X some more pull.

its going to be a while before N55 support for the E9X, let alone E7X. Your current options are JB3 Stage 1 or Dinan for the N55 powered E7X platform.

No confirmation that the X5 will get COBB support, especially since the X6 had the N54 and doesn't get COBB support currently.

If you want a flash, you're better off contacting Eurocharged Performance, Active Autowerke, GIAC or Dinan (all have N55 tunes for the X6). Otherwise you can only buy the BMS Stage 1 N55 tune (Stage 2 does not support X5/X6 platform).

I know - I made that post to try to get some folks headed over to Cobb's facility in Texas.

I'd recommend you guys look into Velos Designwerks. They've got dynos & additional info on their website (http://velosdesignwerks.com/products-page/tuning/), but they've got tunes available for cars powered by the N54, N55, S65, S85, S63, S63 Tu Engines. Chances are they'll be able to better address your performance needs then the mainstream options here (JB4, PROcede, COBB). The nice thing is you can get a "Personal Handheld Tuner" which is basically their version of the COBB AP.

I'm waiting on the Cobb ATR. I have put a ton of time in the n54 e85 tuning and can't wait to do it on the x5.
