The only people who get those cars and that house by YOU working harder are those who sign your paycheck.

People are only as happy as they decide they want to be. Go out and live life.

Don't worry, they create jobs like detailing cars and landscaping.

Sell the house and buy more cars/toys. No longer have the desire for a big house. Now a big garage in another story.

Even though a house is a much better investment, id rather spend more money on cars and electronics. A really nice house doesn't do much for me. As long as I have room for a home theater system, my computer system and a big ass fridge, im good

Just learn how to ride a bike fast... $15k and you're at the pinnacle of the world's motorcycles. No more need to slave away for something you'll never get

But the problem you run into is nice big garages usually come with nice houses.

You get to a point where your cars get to be too nice for the neighborhood if you upgrade your cars but not your house!

Beautiful cars, the house is kind of ugly IMO

There's a family in my neighbourhood like that. He has a 911 Turbo, an X6 and a C250...the house is only worth around 900k.

Not bad..but the driveway could've been stone (or at least brick) rather than concrete

Toront is like that - there are enough people there whose cars are worth MORE than their houses or close. Just that kind of a place.

With Ontario running insane deficits and the economy taking a beating, its gonna be interesting to see where Toronto ends up in the next 10 - 20 years. Hehe.

That is not that bad. Depending on the model years, those cars collectively is worth not much more than 30% of the house.

If the vehicles are worth MORE than the house, then that is too much.
