Aux input background noise problem? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

So when I plug my iPhone into my aux input there seems to be like a hum or something in the background as the music plays, has anyone else had an issue like this?

My car is a 2008 328 xi. Any input would be greatly appreciated.....

unfortunately thats just a downside of using an aux cable, might be able to decrease it by buying a higher quality cable with better shielding

Yeah, I thought about that but this cable worked good with my old car and just don't understand it....... Any suggestions on a good cable???
