He's got a thing about parking in bicycle lanes: however in most of the pics it appears to be legal to park in the bicycle lanes. There is no prohibition on parking on bicycle lanes unless there is a marked restriction in place, just like there is no prohibition in parking on kerbside general traffic lanes on 30mph streets.

funny those. most irritating are those who park over 2 spaces, or park so dickish (is that a word?) that one car ruins another 3 or 4 spaces
