Any recommendations in the SF or Peninsula area, to mount new rims?

Had a bad experience at a couple places, so if you have any good shops with reasonable prices, please let me know.

check tirerack's site for recommended installers in your area

I get my wheels mounted at Motorsports Technique in Hayward and they are also recommended by tirerack... expect to pay $20-25 per wheel (19")
